Patrick has been with gen2 for 12 years, and the office furniture industry for 25.  With extensive knowledge about our products, processes, and the industry, Patrick is the one who organizes our schedule and solves any unforeseen problems by coordinating purchasing, production and shipping schedules.  You may hear from him or someone from his team in regard to acknowledgements, order changes or other customer service matters.
